We are happy to offer free shipping on every order within the United States. This includes $100 of shipping insurance. Please note that once it leaves our shop, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance for your order, please contact us. If you are out of the United States and place an order, we will contact you regarding shipping before your order is sent.
For unworn jewelry and apparel, we offer store credit for seven days after purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Our pieces are built to be heirloom quality and should be treated as such. Silver and stones are tough, but can show wear and tear like us. I encourage you to allow your jewelry to patina naturally to give it a vintage look. Avoid wearing your jewelry in water as this can cause tarnishing. Included in each order is a foam polishing cloth, use these to remove tarnish on the metal only. I also have these cloths available for purchase. Do NOT use silver cleaner on your jewelry, it can permanently damage stones and strip off the patina that I add to pieces.
Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

We cover any damage due to the manufacturing process. If your piece suffers damage due to extensive wear and tear, please reach out to us with photos. We offer repair services on Rockin' J Designs jewelry exclusively. Custom rings that need resizing will be subject to a $30 resizing fee.
